非金屬非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件：是一些非金屬材料的加工。諸如塑料，木材，石材等，近年來(lái)，注塑行業(yè)，塑料模具的發(fā)展日益精進(jìn)，曲面設(shè)計(jì)，大連精密零部件加工編程數(shù)控的引用，使得非標(biāo)加工的成本和公差等級(jí)都有了很大的提升。
非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品指不是按照國(guó)家頒布的統(tǒng)一的行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)格制造的產(chǎn)品或設(shè)備，而是根據(jù)自己的用途需要，自行設(shè)計(jì)制造的產(chǎn)品或設(shè)備。且外觀或性能不在國(guó)家設(shè)備產(chǎn)品目錄內(nèi)。為了滿(mǎn)足大工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的需要，將已生產(chǎn)的，經(jīng)使用證明性能良好的機(jī)械設(shè)備進(jìn)行定型，并且系列化，稱(chēng)為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品。而根據(jù)用戶(hù)要求，在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品的基礎(chǔ)上，生產(chǎn)、改造或定做的產(chǎn)品稱(chēng)為非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、系列化的產(chǎn)品主要適用于通用的機(jī)械設(shè)備，實(shí)際在設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)新的工業(yè)裝置時(shí)，有部分設(shè)備是專(zhuān)用的，無(wú)法在已有系列化的單子中找到，需要進(jìn)行單獨(dú)的設(shè)計(jì)制造的，而且將來(lái)的通用性也不會(huì)高，這類(lèi)設(shè)備稱(chēng)謂非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品。目前，提到非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品場(chǎng)合比較多的領(lǐng)域，主要是化工和石油化工行業(yè)。因?yàn)樵撔袠I(yè)的產(chǎn)品眾多，工藝千差萬(wàn)別，因此非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品也較多。
