非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品指不是按照國家頒布的統(tǒng)一的行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)格制造的產(chǎn)品或設(shè)備,而是根據(jù)自己的用途需要,自行設(shè)計制造的產(chǎn)品或設(shè)備。且外觀或性能不在國家設(shè)備產(chǎn)品目錄內(nèi)。為了滿足大工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的需要,將已生產(chǎn)的,經(jīng)使用證明性能良好的機(jī)械設(shè)備進(jìn)行定型,并且系列化,稱為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品。而根據(jù)用戶要求,在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品的基礎(chǔ)上,生產(chǎn)、改造或定做的產(chǎn)品稱為非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、系列化的產(chǎn)品主要適用于通用的機(jī)械設(shè)備,實(shí)際在設(shè)計一個新的工業(yè)裝置時,有部分設(shè)備是專用的,無法在已有系列化的單子中找到,需要進(jìn)行單獨(dú)的設(shè)計制造的,而且將來的通用性也不會高,這類設(shè)備稱謂非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品。目前,提到非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品場合比較多的領(lǐng)域,主要是化工和石油化工行業(yè)。因?yàn)樵撔袠I(yè)的產(chǎn)品眾多,工藝千差萬別,因此非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品也較多。
