1.結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)不科學(xué)。鋁合金壓鑄件在清洗或壓檢后處理方式不正確,為鋁合金壓鑄件起霉發(fā)黑塑造了標(biāo)準(zhǔn),加速了霉變的形成。
2.物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理不及時(shí)。將鋁合金壓鑄件儲(chǔ)放在倉(cāng)庫(kù)不一樣的高度,其起霉的情況也不一樣。
3.鋁合金的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)原因。許多鋁合金壓鑄件廠商在壓鑄、機(jī)械加工工序以后,不做其余清洗處理,或是簡(jiǎn)單的用水沖沖,沒法做到完全清洗整潔,壓鑄鋁表層殘余有脫模劑、切削液、皂化液等浸蝕物質(zhì)和其余污漬,這種污漬加速了鋁合金壓鑄件長(zhǎng)霉點(diǎn)發(fā)黑的速度。
4.鋁合金外部環(huán)境原因。鋁是活潑金屬材料,在一定的溫度和環(huán)境濕度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下較易氧化發(fā)黑或起霉,它是鋁本身的特性影響的。
5.選擇清洗劑不得當(dāng)。選擇的清洗劑具備強(qiáng)浸蝕,導(dǎo)致壓鑄鋁浸蝕氧化。
