大連CNC棒材加工自動化設(shè)備 使用說明

1.大連良輝精密機械有限公司    雙手按周時按起動按扭，第一次設(shè)備會找工作原點，再次雙手周時按起動按

扭設(shè)備會按設(shè)定的程序進行加工。

2. 加工過程中禁止將手伸入工作區(qū)域內(nèi)，加工過程出現(xiàn)緊急情況按急停開關(guān)停

止設(shè)備。

3. 程序工作完成后會自動回到工作起點，直至工作指示燈顯示為紅色一次加工

完成。（出現(xiàn)任何蜂鳴響聲皆是非正常工作情況，請檢查是否有阻擋異物或

程序問題）

4. 將夾具座鎖緊，松開兩端夾頭將原材料取出完成加工。

5. 設(shè)備使用完成后將電源關(guān)閉，設(shè)備應(yīng)做好防塵以減少對滑動部件的損害。

6. 定期為滑軌絲桿進行潤滑保證使用順暢。

During the processing, it is forbidden to reach into the work area. In case of emergency during the processing, press the emergency stop switch to stop the equipment.

3. After the program completes its work, it will automatically return to the starting point until the work indicator light shows red, indicating that the processing is completed in one go. (Any buzzing sound is an abnormal working condition. Please check if there are any obstructions or program issues.)

4. Lock the fixture seat tightly, release the clamp heads at both ends, and take out the raw material to complete the processing.

5. After using the equipment, turn off the power and ensure that the equipment is dust-proof to reduce damage to sliding parts.

6. Regularly lubricate the slide rail screw to ensure smooth use.
